Hello and welcome to Autumn Canvas!

We hope the following information is helpful in answering some questions about our products and services.

How do you make your greeting cards?

All greeting cards are designed and printed in-house on 110# off-white card stock. Each card is cut and folded into 4 1/4” by 5 1/2” and accompanied with a recyclable Kraft envelope. Product and illustration images displayed on shop product listings may vary slightly in color from the actual greeting card received.

When can I expect delivery of my order?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days upon receipt and confirmed with a payment. We ship orders every Tuesday and Friday. Items ship via USPS carefully packaged in a plastic sleeve and rigid envelope. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered.

Shipping options include: Standard Shipping - No Tracking (delivered in 1-5 business days), USPS First Class Package (delivered in 2-5 business days), and Free Shipping with orders over $25 (delivered in 1-5 business days). Delivery times may vary by destination. Please also be aware delayed delivery times may occur due to seasonal high volume shipments by carrier or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

While we take as much care to make sure our customers receive their items securely and timely, we are not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, and lost, stolen, or damaged packages once items are in the carrier's possession.

Autumn Canvas products and services are currently only available in the United States.

What is your return and exchange policy?

All sales are final. However, we will do our best to work with our customers to address any concerns or issues with their order.

Can I share images from your site?

We are flattered you want to share our work! Please ask for permission first. If granted, please give proper credit and if possible, include a link back to the site. Otherwise, use of any content from the Autumn Canvas website is strictly prohibited without permission.
